Team Effectiveness
In what ways can teams benefit from Creative Contemplation?
Many topics useful for teams fall under the umbrella of “team building”, while others can be customised to help teams find solutions, increase their creative capacity, or imagine different futures.
Through an immersion in Creative Contemplation, participants experience “expression” in many ways. Most obviously, there is the collage product, which is a picture of what the individual or team wants to communicate. During the process of art making, individuals have expressed (verbally or non-verbally) their insights, thoughts and feelings. Another expression is a representation of the experience, and this presents an opportunity to reflect on “what is going on” for the team. Here are a few examples:
